With his entrepreneurial flair and keen eye for business, Terry has made a huge impact on the bi-fold door market, bringing manufacturing and supply times down, whilst increasing production volumes.

He was also well known in the trade press as the original Bi-fold Doctor, advising installers about the benefits of bi-fold doors.

As Managing Director of TWR Group since 2001, Terry oversees all that happens at the family-run business.

Skilled in financial management, business strategy and account management, Laura is the Finance Director at TWR Group.

Working in a more behind the scenes role, Laura is responsible for forecasting TWR’s growth and trends as it continues moving forward.

Passionate about delivering the best quality of service and ensuring we hit the standards our customers expect, Helen is a Key Account Director at TWR Group.

She helps to keep the business running smoothly, and ensures customers are consistently happy.

James started with TWR three years ago from an engineering background and has recently stepped into the role of operations director.

He keeps production running smoothly from start to finish and ensuring we are as efficient as possible not only in delivering a premium product to our customers but by ensuring our factory is a healthy environment for staff.
